Institutional Partners & Advisory Board
GCIRD collaborates with universities, research centres, think tanks, and civil-society organisations that share our commitment to independent inquiry, open access to knowledge, and cross-regional dialogue. These partnerships take various forms, including joint publications, research exchanges, seminars, and long-term collaborative projects. Although we maintain close working relationships with several institutions, including Sorbonne Nouvelle University, the Council preserves its full independence in its research agenda and institutional decisions.
GCIRD welcomes cooperation not only with established institutions but also with emerging organisations and grassroots research groups. We view such partnerships as essential to diversifying the perspectives that inform international analysis and to strengthening the circulation of ideas across regions and disciplines.
The Council’s Advisory Board is composed of individuals with broad experience in public service, scholarship, journalism, and international affairs. The Board guides the organisation on questions of strategy, ethics, and institutional development. Members serve in an independent capacity. Their insight informs GCIRD’s direction, but the positions and publications of the Council remain the sole responsibility of the institution itself.
